Are products stocked at Levisons authentic?

What are the delivery and return costs?

All items above R500 are eligible for free delivery throughout South Africa. Your parcel will be delivered using one of our courier partners including The Courier Guy, CourierIT and Dawn Wing.

Is there a delivery return policy?

Yes, there is. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For more information, click here.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery will take place within 1-3 working days to major centres and up to 10 working days to rural areas. If this time is extended due to unforeseen circumstances we'll be sure to inform you of the new delivery date. If your parcel has not arrived after 7 days and we have not contacted you either, please contact us support@levisons.co.za.

What payment gateways are available?

PayFast, Paygate, Payflex, Ozow and PayJustNow (Only available online and not in-store)

What credit facilities are available?

Payflex - buy now and pay later at 0% interest with 4 equal fortnightly payments. PayJustNow - 3 equal interest-free instalments at checkout, on your specified instalment date, and on your specified instalment date of the next month.

Are layby’s available?

Regrettably Levisons does not offer laybys.

Yes, the Levisons app is free of charge.

What is the difference between the mobile app and the website?

There is no major difference between the two platforms. The Levisons mobile app has been designed to make your shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible. From time to time, special offers will be available via the website and the app.
