We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return click here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Sale Items
Refunds: Yes, sale items can be returned for a full refund within our standard return window, provided they meet our return conditions (unworn, with tags, etc.)
Exchanges: No, sale items cannot be exchanged online or in-store. If you need a different size or colour, you would need to return the item for a refund and place a new order (subject to availability).
Why can't I exchange sale items?
Sale items are offered at discounted prices with limited inventory. Our exchange restriction helps us maintain these competitive prices while ensuring fair access to sale merchandise for all customers.
What if my sale item doesn't fit?
Simply return the item following our standard return process for a full refund. You can then purchase the correct size separately if it's still available.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like undergarments (such as underwear, socks or masks), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and Earrings/piercings are not returnable.. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Coach
Coach items which are tagged "Monogrammed" can unfortunately not be returned for a refund or an exchange. Jewellery & Leather Care for Coach is non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have at your nearest Levisons store. Alternatively, you can request a return to gift card and once your item has been inspected and accepted by the Levisons team you may make a new purchase using your gift card for the item you'd like to exchange.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Gift Vouchers
Can only be used for Online purchases & not In-Store.
